Returns Policy

We stand by our product and offer a 30-days-money-back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

 

How do I return my items? 

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO REQUEST YOUR RETURN: 

  • Step 1 - Email to contact@bcbabycare.com.au to request a return (including the reason for the return)
  • Step 2 - Waiting for the return confirmation with the return address from us.
  • Step 3 - Send the products back to our warehouse.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  
  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items. 
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Items from different orders can be returned within the same package.
  • Please do not return any damaged goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do so, the return process may be delayed. 

Please note: Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.

 

Faulty Products

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by receiving faulty items. Regardless of your location, we are happy to facilitate a free return for you if necessary. To ensure we assist you effectively, please reach out to our support team at contact@bcbabycare.com.au and provide the following information:
  • Order Number and Date of Purchase
  • Photo of the Incorrect Items Along with the Shipping Label
  • Name, ID, and Quantity of the Correct Item(s)
  • Shipping Address Details (Name, Phone Number, and Detailed Address)

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on on-sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
